Naomi De Gasperis is a psychotherapist and registered Member with CRPO based in Toronto. Her training and modalities includes Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, HeartMath Science and hypnotherapy among others. Her work weaves integrative, nuanced elements of awareness-based practices that invite powerful shifts in perception and self-agency.
